Terms & Conditions for Samast Patidar Samaj USA Payment System

1. Introduction

Welcome to Samast Patidar Samaj USA (SPS USA). These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions related to membership fees, event registrations, and donations made through our payment system. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Payment & Transactions

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

SPS USA accepts payments via:

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) – Credit card transactions are NOT accepted.
  • Bank Transfers (where applicable)
  • Digital Payment Platforms (if enabled)

All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. SPS USA does not store or process any payment details on its servers.

2.2 Membership Fees

  • SPS USA offers both free and paid membership options based on promotional availability.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of administrative errors.
  • Membership benefits are available only after the payment is processed successfully.
  • SPS USA reserves the right to deny or revoke membership if the provided information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

2.3 Event Registrations

  • Registration for any event is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Event fees are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by SPS USA.
  • In case of event cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Tickets for SPS USA events are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned in the event description.

2.4 Donations

  • Donations made to SPS USA are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • SPS USA is a registered non-profit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible. However, donors are advised to consult their tax advisor regarding eligibility.
  • Donors may request an acknowledgment or receipt for tax purposes.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Membership Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be issued only in the case of duplicate payments or system errors.

3.2 Event Refunds

  • Refunds for event registrations will be provided only if the event is canceled by SPS USA.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by the attendee.
  • SPS USA reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will be notified, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a billing dispute, members should contact info@spsusa.org within 7 days of the transaction.
  • SPS USA reserves the right to resolve disputes at its discretion.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • SPS USA is committed to protecting your personal and financial information.
  • All personal and payment information collected during transactions is used solely for membership, event registration, and community purposes.
  • SPS USA does not store debit card details and ensures that all transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • SPS USA will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments or by law.
  • Members have the right to request access to their personal data and request corrections if necessary.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • SPS USA employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect financial transactions.
  • Any fraudulent activities, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions may result in membership suspensionand legal action.

6. Non-Profit Compliance & Legal Considerations

As a non-profit organization, SPS USA follows federal, state, and local laws governing charitable and membership-based organizations, including

6.1 Tax-Exempt Status

  • SPS USA operates as a non-profit organization under applicable laws.
  • Any payments made for membership fees, event registrations, or donations do not constitute ownership or equity in the organization.
  • Donations may qualify for tax-exemption benefits under applicable IRS regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

6.2 Use of Funds

  • All funds collected from membership fees, donations, and event registrations are used exclusively for community activities, events, administrative costs, and charitable initiatives.
  • SPS USA maintains full transparency in fund utilization and follows strict accounting practices to ensure compliance with non-profit regulations.

6.3 Membership Rights & Responsibilities

  • Membership in SPS USA does not grant voting rights or decision-making authority unless specifically mentioned in the organization’s bylaws.
  • SPS USA reserves the right to revoke membership if a member engages in activities that violate the principles, mission, or values of the organization.

6.4 Liability & Indemnification

  • SPS USA is not liable for any damages, losses, or personal injuries arising from participation in events, activities, or third-party services.
  • Members and event attendees agree to participate at their own risk and waive any claims against SPS USA and its representatives.
  • SPS USA reserves the right to modify event venues, schedules, and offerings based on unforeseen circumstances or external factors.

7. Modification of Terms

  • SPS USA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via email to registered members and updated on our website.
  • Continued use of our payment system after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
